To support our institutions during this challenging time, many academic publishers are making an expanded set of content freely available.

While the library doors remain closed during this pandemic, our services are not. The library staff is available to support your learning, instruction and research. You only need to send your queries, we will try our best to make sure that you are supported just like when our doors are open. Send your queries to Ask-A-Librarian or Chat with Us.

What the Library is doing to support you

  • Librarians are ready and willing to provide support via online platforms.
  • We are on standby to provide the much needed research assistance - downloads and all.
  • A team of librarians has developed subject guides that will serve as ready sources or pointers to sources of information for your courses.
  • The library has waived overdue fines  accrued for items borrowed in Spring 2020, the fines will only start counting when the university re-opens.
  • We will work with you to bring together readings (reference books and journal articles) for your Fall instruction.
  • We will have  e-course texts for Fall courses made available via BlackBoard
  • As more and more publishers continue to make their content free, we will keep you informed and current.
