Family Process is an international, multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal committed to publishing original articles, including theory and practice, philosophical underpinnings, qualitative and quantitative clinical research, and training in couple and family therapy, family interaction, and family relationships with networks and larger systems..
The Journal of Family Communication (JFC) publishes original, theoretically grounded and methodologically rigorous scholarship that advances the understanding of the communication processes within or about families as well as research that addresses issues related to the intersection between family communication and social systems, such as mass media, education, health care, and law and policy. JFC is methodologically inclusive and welcomes quantitative, qualitative, rhetorical, and critical research. JFC also welcomes multidisciplinary scholarship from related fields, such as family studies, social psychology, and sociology.
 
 
Family Relations is a publication of the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR). Since 1951, the journal has published basic and applied articles that are original, innovative and interdisciplinary and that focus on diverse family forms and issues.
