Association of Hotel Professionals Kenya (AHPK)

The Association was founded in recognition of the industry need for competent, unbiased advice, professional guidance and sound judgment on the many diversified challenges encountered in the hotel industry. The Association believes that by clearly recognizing the hotel operations function as a profession, and by harnessing the collective knowledge and experiences of those engaged in hotel operations, the quality of service delivery to the industry will be greatly enhanced. Members of the Association have demonstrated their integrity and are qualified by their experiences, training and knowledge to develop and express sound judgment on issues in the hotel industry.

The Kenya Association of Hotelkeepers and Caterers (KAHC)

The Kenya Association of Hotelkeepers and Caterers is a representative body that brings together duly registered hotels, camps and lodges in Kenya.

The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) is committed to growing business for hotels and their partners, and is the industry’s leading advocate for intelligent, sustainable hotel revenue growth. The association provides hotel professionals & their partners with tools, insights, and expertise to fuel sales, inspire marketing, and optimize revenue.

International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE)

Organized in 1928 as the National Association of Exposition Managers to represent the interests of trade show and exposition managers, the International Association of Exhibitions and Events® is the leading association for the global exhibition industry. Today IAEE represents over 12,000 individuals in 50 countries who conduct and support exhibitions around the world.

The National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) is the first non-profit national organization for caterers, event planners and event professionals that provides education, certification and a network of resources for members in all segments of the hospitality industry.

American Hotel & Logging Association (AHLA) Partners are vital to our industry’s success and include leaders and major brands in hospitality and many other industries, including technology, audio visual systems and hotel supply. AHLA is grateful for their involvement, their financial support and their unwavering commitment to our industry.

The National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals (NCBMP), founded in 1983, is a non-profit organization dedicated primarily to the training needs of African American meeting planners.

 

International Associations of Venue Managers (IAVM) Representing public assembly venues from around the globe, IAVM's active members include managers and senior executives from auditorium, arenas, convention centers, exhibit halls, stadiums, performing arts centers, university complexes, and amphitheaters.

Western Kenya Hospitality Leaders Association (WKHLA) This group was formed and registered in the year 2011 as a principle umbrella group that brings together hospitality top and middle level managers in hotels, lodges, restaurants and other related firms in western Kenya tourism circuit.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) is the trade association for the world’s airlines, representing some 290 airlines or 82% of total air traffic. We support many areas of aviation activity and help formulate industry policy on critical aviation issues.​
